First off, I would like to say this is for a true marketing professional who has experience in social media marketing and if you have sales experience that would be. Experience in marketing is 100% a must, if you have minor sales experience in high demand fields that is a HUGE plus. Who I am looking for is someone who is HUNGRY, not just for money but for pushing to be better than average. Not a fly by individual who needs a job and just wants to work 3 days a week, collect a check and go home. I would like/love to replicate myself. I eat, breath, sleep and live for the art of the sale and cars BUT what I am lacking is the 100% knowledge of social media to get me to the next level. You MUST be proficient in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Youtube. When I say proficient, I mean you have a proven track record. IF you can edit videos this is a major plus. I know, I may be looking for a diamond in the rough, but you will know if this is you and it will come full circle shortly.
Along with these skills and helping me grow my social media for the business which by the way is a small dealership who specializes in selling Classic Automobiles as well as the everyday car. A LOT of business is consignment from 2 other dealers AND I buy and sell as well. Remember one person can NOT grow a business, you need a team, and this is what I am looking for another valuable team member. I am personally willing to teach you from day one everything I know about car sales IF you have the skills in social media to elevate sales to the next level. On an average month I do 10-15 cars with excellent margins, and you will be getting a nice portion of it.

Social media is taking over and NOT MANY have it down in the car business so if WE can do both it is a win win.
