BellaGem is a boutique fashion brand bringing exclusive, handmade Mediterranean- inspired designs to Sarasota. Our collections are crafted with natural fabrics and timeless elegance, offering clients a truly unique luxury shopping experience.
We are launching a private showroom and hosting pop-up events, and we are looking for a passionate and socially connected individual to help us grow our presence through events, networking, and community building
Role Overview:
As a PR & Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in representing BellaGem, helping us connect with the right audience in Sarasota and surroundings through private events, social gatherings, and networking opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, stylish, and enjoys meeting people in luxury and social circles.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning and coordinating private shopping events and showroom experiences.
-Invite and bring guests from your network to events.
-Represent BellaGem at social occasions (charity events, art galleries, openings, etc)
-Support with light PR and social media promotion as needed.
What we're Looking for:
-Outgoing, social personality with strong networking skills.
-Interest in fashion, luxury lifestyle, or event planning.
-Organized and proactive, able to bring creative ideas for events.
-Already socially active in Sarasota.
Compensation:
-Compensation: $500/month base. To qualify for the monthly base, coordinator must bring a minimum of 40 guests per month (10 per event). If fewer guest attend, the base payment is reduced proportionally.
-Commission on sales: 10% commission on sales generated from events or guests you bring.
