The Production Position at involves working in various work cells on the production
floor. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate
machinery and hand tools efficiently.
The successful candidate will contribute to the production of high-quality barriers while
adhering to safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Floor
Perform tasks such as measuring and marking barriers, hot air welding seams, inserting
foam, attaching grommets, crimping cables, drilling holes, pushing to separate foam,
riveting plates, feeding barriers into RF weld machines, folding, and palletizing.
Physical requirements: bending, twisting, kneeling, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
2. Hot Air Welding
Operate and feed material into the hot air weld machine.
Move completed panels to the assembly floor.
Physical requirements: bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
3. RF Weld Machines
Operate and position material for the RF weld cycle.
Move completed panels to the production floor for assembly.
Physical requirements: bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
4. Miller Machine
Load rolls onto the machine (machine assistance provided).
Align materials, operate automated equipment, and fold materials onto pallets.
Physical requirements: bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
5. General Production Duties
Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
Meet production requirements and standards consistently.
Contribute to increased productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
Complete packaging tasks.
Collaborate with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety guidelines and promptly report safety concerns to management.
Adhere to all written and verbal instructions.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending and
twisting.
Comfortable using hand tools and operating machinery.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Must be able to read and speak English proficiently.
Work Environment:
The position requires working on the production floor with exposure to machinery, moving
materials, and varying temperatures. Safety protocols must be strictly followed at all times.
