We are looking for a customer-oriented Operator. The best candidate should be genuinely excited to help customers and can communicate well. Candidates should be able to resolve any issues that may arise with booking, and react with a short notice to rearrange any conflicts. We are looking for applicants with problem-solving mentality, are confident at troubleshooting and can investigate and handle customer service complaints. Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, reservations, drivers , starters and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage high volume of incoming calls
Generate bookings
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution
Record keeping of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Extra mile customer service
Skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Dispatch work experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with Limo Anywhere Software and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
