As a dispatcher, this role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and understand computer and phone app navigations to communicate effectively with drivers and customers alike.
The successful candidate should have no felony convictions, and knowledge of the auto industry, dispatch systems, or the transportation industry would be an added advantage.
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving calls for service and dispatching drivers to their respective destinations. You will also be required to liaison with law enforcement to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods and services.
