Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role combines field operations with administrative tasks. As part of your responsibilities, you will:
Visit local gas stations to conduct routine checks and ensure proper operation.
Oversee and coordinate maintenance needs at the stations.
Work remotely to complete bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with station staff and vendors to resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site visits to gas stations to inspect operations.
Monitor and document maintenance needs and coordinate necessary repairs with our maintenance employee.
Manage financial records, including basic bookkeeping and data entry.
Prepare reports summarizing field visits and maintenance activities.
Respond to inquiries from station staff and vendors promptly.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles (experience preferred but not required).
Comfortable working independently and traveling locally.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
