We are a family owned and operated HVAC business servicing the greater Sarasota and Manatee County areas looking to hire an office assistant, this is a full time position (35-40hr per week.) Scheduled hours with some flexibility.
The office assistant will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling calls, invoicing, general marketing, and helping the office manager with multiple other various tasks.
This position is working from our office and not remotely.
General office, QuickBooks and Outlook experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
