The Furniture Warehouse, a top 100 Independent Furniture Retailer in the country, is seeking to fill a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position in our Corporate Office. Come be part of a growing team!
Primary Responsibilities:
Greeting customers as needed, respond to customers questions, and provide outstanding customer service
Review previous day deliveries and pickups
Transfer funds
Match all invoices to Delivery Forecast
Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate employees, take messages when needed, make calls, and check voicemail
Perform data entry in the retail software management system (FROG)
Print and work daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Review invoices and credit memos
Handle photocopies, scans, emails, and faxes
Maintain an organized and secure office environment
Monitor supplies
Take customer payments including cash and credit
Assist applicants with the application process
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong communication, listening and follow up skills
Highly organized
Ability to multi-task
Professional and positive demeanor
Experience with FROG software preferred but not required
Ability to pass background check
Availability to work weekends
Compensation
$16 per hour
