We are seeking an experienced LIHTC Certified Leasing Consultant for a temporary opportunity at a brand-new multifamily apartment community in North Port, FL. This is a temporary position starting as soon as 12/23, with a pay rate of $20-$21/hour. Some positions offered by our agency have the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. Hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours for prospective residents and respond to inquiries.
- Process applications and assist with lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Requirements:
- Must have LIHTC certification and prior leasing experience.
- Strong sales skills and knowledge of property management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Details:
- Pay: $20–$21/hour, with weekly pay and taxes deducted.
