Start your 2024 with a new opportunity selling new homes! We are hiring licensed real estate agents to help manage model centers for new home builders. Have you ever thought about working for a builder in their model center? Grande Real Estate Services is hiring for a new model in SW Florida and hiring for a 2 locations. We will be adding to our team in North Port and Port Charlotte. Agents will learn to sell new home construction and learn to work with builders and developers; yet continue business with all residential and commercial real estate as well. This is a great opportunity with a constant lead source. Incoming leads from an online chat, builders advertising, MLS and site visits.
Full and Part Time agents needed. Great income potential and work environment. Training provided. This is commission only and a real estate license is required.
