Aqua Pure Solutions is launching a brand-new door-to-door marketing division, and we’re looking for a motivated Canvassing Crew Manager to take the lead!
This is your chance to build and lead a team from the ground up, working closely with four canvassers to generate leads, set appointments, and drive results. If you have leadership experience and love seeing your team succeed, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
Hire, train, and manage a small team of four door-to-door canvassers
Work alongside your team to hit weekly goals and track performance
Coach and motivate team members to grow and succeed
Help shape the strategies of our new marketing division
