For those of you that haven't a clue about the auto glass industry there was a recent event that sent shockwaves through a billion dollar industry. For many years Florida protected insurers and held insurance companies accountable when they tried screwing the consumer. That all changed when DeSantimonious decided to take a massive payout from a large insurance company to fund his failed attempt to run for President. A law was passed in July, 2023 stripping the rights of consumers to be able to hold their insurance company accountable legally if they were to be bamboozled on their claim.
The crooked media spun it favorably by claiming this new law would reduce monthly insurance premiums and eliminate the unnecessary cost of litigation against insurance companies. Days after the law was passed, insurance premiums DOUBLED and 90+% of auto glass companies were eliminated.
When the dust settled we all found out whom was behind the pit maneuver. Their television ads tripled overnight. Their online marketing budget exploded so now they are consistently #1 on Google Ad rankings spending over $80k a week in every major marketing area and there's nothing Safe about it.
We were lucky enough to survive the initial Armageddon and now we are marching our army of 300 to a city near you. This isn't an opportunity to make quick money and prolong your problems. This is an opportunity to organically grow and prove yourself worthy of something bigger and better. This is one of many organizations we are involved in and almost always hire within when moving into other areas. It's not an overnight change and if you are in it for more than quick money than you have found your last home.

We install over 1500 windshields a month so believe it or not they are a dime a dozen. You will be sweating like Michael J.
