We are currently looking for motivated, high energy individuals to apply for a Sales Manager. Our store management team is responsible for both personal sales as well as the sales performance of the entire sales team. Come be part of the growing team!
Primary Responsibilities
Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service
Work with sales team to maximize sales and profitability
Attain both personal and store goals in sales volume and related revenue metrics
Management coverage of the store location, including opening and close of the store
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about furniture products
Ensures customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees and quick response to needs
Analyze and process customer orders accurately
Provide outstanding customer services before and after the sale
Ensure that furniture is delivered to customers in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in sales management or assistant store management in a retail setting
Demonstrated success of past commission sales, preferably in furniture
Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
Ability to move furniture for product demonstration
All applicants are subject to background checks
Compensation
Ranges from $70,000-$100,000 per year through a combination of salary and commission
$500/week guarantee
