ASAP Mailbox and More, Inc. is looking for someone to represent us in Sarasota County. This is an ideal part-time position that could lead into a full-time position if so desired.
You can build a substantial income by focusing on 2 types of customersCurbside Residential Mailboxes ( HOA's) and Cluster Box Mailboxes ( Condos, Apartment Buildings, Commercial Buildings)
Your task would be to visit HOA Communities, Condos, Apartment Buildings, and Commerical Buildings for the purpose of finding out what style of mailboxes they currently have and to also find any contact info for any Board Members, Property Managers or Owners.
With the information that you provide us, we would prepare Quotes to repair or replace their style of mailboxes and email it to the appropriate decision makers.
You would be paid a commisison on all sales that we make with any prospects that you send us. The possibility of creating a residual income stream on all future sales that come from these Accounts is real as we typically keep our Accounts for years once we become their mailbox vendor of choice.
This is an ideal position for a realtor that wants to create a 2nd consistent income stream or for a semi-retired professional that is looking for a very flexible low stress job with good upside potential.
