Position Overview
As a Residential Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and inspection to proposal, contract signing, and coordination with our production team. You’ll be the face of Pelican Roofing FL in the community, educating and guiding homeowners through every step of the process while building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through canvassing, networking, social media, and company-provided sources.
Conduct in-person roof inspections and accurately assess residential roofing needs.
Educate homeowners on roofing systems, our process, and insurance claim options (when applicable).
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts with clarity and professionalism.
Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain accurate records and communication using our CRM (JobNimbus).
Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (residential or home services preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and in-home consultations.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with Sarasota and Manatee County neighborhoods is a plus.
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
