Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead our telemarketing efforts, drive sales growth, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telemarketing management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop effective strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer outreach.
Manage and train a team of telemarketers, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
Analyze campaign results, adjust strategies as needed, and report on key performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages motivation and accountability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telemarketing Manager or similar role, with a strong sales background.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive campaign success.
Proficient in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
