We are currently seeking an experienced part-time Auto PDI Technician/Inspection Specialist to join our elite team at Sunset Kia of Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships.
We are looking for someone with automotive experience at any level who can complete a new car inspection and do minor installation of accessories, etc. Flexible part-time schedule.
Auto PDI Technician - Installer Duties
In this position, you will be responsible for performing all prep work required to get our newly delivered cars to the sales floor, ready for sale to the customer. In this process, you will:
Perform all steps of a new car prep in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Perform inspection of vehicle to report damage, inoperable or missing equipment, etc.
R&R and/or install automotive accessory equipment
Some used car inspections
Other duties as required.
Auto PDI Tech-Installer Requirements
This position is vital to our continued success, so we need someone who is reliable, thorough, and who has good attention to detail. Specific requirements include:
Part-time availability Monday - Saturday
Automotive Experience with new car preps is preferred. Will consider all automotive experience
Successful candidate MUST have a valid FL Driver's License
