Experienced, talented haircutter (Barber or Cosmetologist) needed as protege with managerial skills, that could lead to ownership. I have no issue with someone relatively new to the industry. My demand is for natural skills and willingness to learn and attention to detail.
Candidate must be reliable; ie: SHOW UP at work. No drug or alcohol or personal drama issues that would negatively impact working ethics or capabilities. Barbering skills an absolute must; women's haircutting (no salon "foo-foo" services though) skills a bonus.
We are a very-long-established, upscale barbershop in a very upscale neighborhood; yet also a casual and laid-back and friendly environment. Appearance and communication skills must be commensurate.
