We are a high-end Class-C Motorhome Manufacturer in Nokomis, FL looking to add a Building Maintenance Technician to our team. We have been in business for 40 years, all of which we have been family owned and operated so you’re not just a number on a paycheck while you’re employed with us. We take pride in knowing we are the highest rated Class-C motorhome builder in the industry. At our facility we start with a cutaway chassis (just the cab and empty frame rails) and turn it into a full motorhome.
We are looking specifically for someone to complete building maintenance type duties on a part time basis. Employee will be expected to work 8 hours per day Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00am till 3:30pm with a 1/2 hour lunch from 11:30am till 12:00pm. Applicant will need basic handyman type experience including basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and electrical skills. Tasks will include warehouse interior cleaning, drywall repairs, worklight bulb replacement, exterior building pressure washing, exterior building painting, interior building painting, window cleaning, air line fitting replacement, and roll up shop door lubrication, to name a few things.
