I am looking for a guy to join our payroll for long term consistent work that ideally has some construction/handyman experience/working with their hands. Please read the entire post to the end.
He should be dependable, has a drivers license & their own transportation, cell phone, checking account, speak decent English, has honesty & integrity, not easily triggered, good attitude, accountability, knows how to follow instructions, has attention to detail, knows how to communicate well, able to work independently able to work on a team, common sense, has day to day flexibility, flexibility to move from one site to another and/or one day work an outside construction site and the next day work a white glove condo site, clean cut to a certain degree, not afraid of hard work, not going to get bored on a slow day or a day with tasks requiring attention to detail, drug free.
I need someone that is serious about showing up to work 5 days a week. 8:00am to 4:00pm. Occasionally being asked to work until 5pm until we get the job done.
The vast majority of our jobs are in Sarasota County. Which includes & not limited to; downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key, Osprey and Venice. Our job sites include white glove condos & big sites. Payroll is run every 2 weeks. This is not a quick beer money fund. Tools not required, we will provide the basic hand tools required. Must be put on our payroll eventually or bring your own workmen comp insurance.
