We are looking for an Experienced Hurricane Shutter Installer & Service Technician to join our team!
We would like a minimum 2 years of experience in the hurricane protection industry. Installing & servicing knowledge with roll down fabric & aluminum shutters as well as Accordion shutters. Valid driver’s license, no drugs, Clean background check is required. (Heights Must Not Be An Issue)
Must live in Sarasota, Venice or Bradenton area.
Responsibilities:
Install new hurricane shutters, screens and panel systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Shop and field responsibilities
Respond to emergency maintenance requests & storm preparation
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Capable of working on extension ladders
Proficient mechanical skills with power tools
Familiarity with working with aluminum & construction
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Good people skills a must!
