Downtown Condo needs a EXPEREINCED maintenance person. Average of 32 Hours a week. MUST WORK WEEKENDS.
The entails working Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and shorter hours on Friday and Monday. Also filling in while other maintenance staff is sick or on vacation. If you cannot work weekends, no need to apply.
This is hands on job. We pay 80% of benefits (health, dental, life). Drug free place. Must pass background check and drug test.
