We are looking for an experienced maintenance tech to join our team to assist with day-to-day operation of the community.
The maintenance team is responsible for performing make-readys/turn-overs and completing maintenance requests, as well as providing up-keep of the amenities and the common areas of the complex.
Interested individuals should have a well-rounded skill set and general knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, and should be able to maintain/troubleshoot air conditioning systems and appliances.
