We are seeking an On-Site Maintenance Technician who:
- is EPA certified,
- has experience maintaining air conditioning systems,
- is proficient working with basic electrical and plumbing,
- is a skilled painter with drywall repair experience,
- has experience with punch-outs and work orders,
- has knowledge of appliance repair.
Experience in the property management or multi-family/apartment industry is a plus.
If this is you, you must:
- be willing to participate in the on-call rotation,
- have your own tools,
- possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation,
- be a team player!
