We are a growing finish carpentry company seeking a self-motivated, hard-working individual who wants to start a unique and beneficial career. Our company specializes in all phases of finish carpentry inside some of Florida's most unique and exquisite homes. The right individual must have at least four years of Interior Finish Carpentry experience within the last 8 years. Each individual must be willing to travel from Anna Maria Island all the way down to Casey Key. To avoid wasting anyone's time, below is a list of requirements and guidelines. Each individual must be able to honestly answer yes to all of the questions before moving forward to the next level of interviewing.
REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES:
1) Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
2) Must work at least 40 hours a week.
3) Must speak fluent English and be a legal USA resident.
6) Must understand basic math and some geometry.
7) Must be able to build everything that is shown in the pictures posted in this ad with minimal instruction.
COMPENSATION:
$20.00 - $35.00+ per hour
The top pay rate can be earned by showcasing what an individual can bring to the table. Examples: tool selection, finish carpentry experience, work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to the company. After the first 6 months of employment, every employee will be evaluated and most likely receive a raise in their compensation. Once the employee has reached the 1-year mark, the employee will be eligible for Paid vacation, paid holidays, an annual bonus, and more.
