Seeking a skilled handyman/maintenance technician who wants to supplement income with part-time work, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role within 2 months depending on skill and maintenance demand. You’ll be responsible for traveling within your local area to complete jobs and provide free estimates. Pay is per job and payment is made weekly.
Requirements:
● Must know English fluently
● Have your own tools
● Have your own vehicle for transporting tools and materials
● Have a valid driver's license
● Have and know how to use a smart phone to send pics thru app
● Be able to create your own schedule and manage your time
● Great work ethic and aims to please the customer above all
● Physically able to do various handyman jobs and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Required Skills:
● Drywall and ceiling repair
● Painting
● Light electrical (e.g., replacing ceiling fans, light fixtures)
● Light plumbing (e.g., replacing flush valves, toilets, faucets)
Bonus Skills (preferred but not required):
● Laminate flooring
● Tiling
● Carpet installation
● Furniture assembly
● Water heater installation
● Concrete drilling
● Baseboard molding cutting/installation
● Gutter repair
● Exterior door and window replacement
