Seeking a full time skilled handyman/maintenance technician. Pay is per job and average take home pay is $1000/week depending on customer demand. You’ll be responsible for traveling within your local area to complete jobs and provide free estimates.
Requirements:
● Must know English fluently
● Have your own tools
● Have your own vehicle for transporting tools and materials
● Have a valid driver's license
● Be able to create your own schedule and manage your time independently
● Have great work ethic and aim to please the customer above all
● Be physically able to do various handyman jobs and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Required Skills:
● Drywall and ceiling repair
● Light electrical (e.g., replacing ceiling fans, light fixtures)
● Light plumbing (e.g., replacing flush valves, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals)
Bonus Skills (preferred but not required):
● Laminate flooring
● Tiling
● Painting
● Furniture assembly
● Water heater installation
● Baseboard molding cutting/installation
● Gutter repair
