We are a word of mouth based company and our business has scaled to its level based off work with zero advertisements. I am looking for someone who can come into the job and perform the duties involved at a high level with zero to no supervision. Tools for the job you are performing is required. Can be flexible with you considering each job can have additional tasks involved. I need someone who can work independently on scopes of work involved but also have ability to work with others. We are looking for the best of the best. If you have what it takes, you will never want to work anywhere else. I guarantee that.

Need to have strong skill set with:
1. Cabinets. -Strong skill set with being able to reads plans and walk into work area and install at craftsman level with all variations of cabinets. -crown, light rail, scribe, build, hardware, cut outs, kitchen island assembly, Reading plans and Results.
2. Doors. -Exterior and Interior -Solid Core, Hollow Core, Closets, Exterior/Entry, Pocket Doors, Hinge Routing, jambs, Custom
3. Trim. - Crown, Baseboard, Casing, Light Rail, T&G, Stairs, Fireplaces.
4. Additional tasks also would be helpful such as : Rough carpentry, light plumbing and electric, and Windows.
