Inspect properties as a solo inspector and with a partner licensed inspector occasionally. You will have full control of your schedule. Our jobs are typical of any inspection company, our jobs vary from Single Family homes, Condos, Small Light Commercial, New Construction, Four Points and Wind Mitigations. You need to know how to complete the state insurance forms and be able to produce a buyer's report using your own computer and inspection report software, however, we have our proprietary buyers report format we will show you how to use once established with our company. If you like the current inspection software you are using to produce your reports, you can certainly continue to use it. I am looking for a no-nonsense no drama experienced inspector with a passion for this industry who wants to work with friendly individuals in a stress-free positive environment.
This job position can turn into a full-time 40 hour week steady job.
