Position Description:
Lead Management Team consisting of project Coordinator and Superintendent on multiple projects simultaneously.
Projects range from small tenant build outs to large out of the ground multi-level construction including office buildings, medical, restaurants etc.
Manage project from turn over from Pre-Construction team to closeouts
Minimum of 3 years proven commercial HVAC Management experience.
Skills Required:
Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance with contract documents and quality control.
Manage material and manpower.
Work in Microsoft Office programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have solid understanding of the HVAC construction process.
Chilled Water experience a plus
Represent company at contractor meetings as required.
Oversee field supervisors/personnel and effectively communicate with General Contractors and Project Management team while maintaining high company standards
Schedule manpower requirements
Ability to take off and order sheet metal
Review vendor submittals for compliance with contract documents
Create change orders as required
