Must be professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with clients who have high standards. Must be confident operating power tools. Must love boats and working outdoors. Must appreciate a well organized toolbox. Experience with fiberglass, gelcoat, and painting is preferred but not required.
Must be able to do basic math.
