Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Identify system issues and recommend effective solutions
Communicate clearly with clients and document service reports
Ensure work complies with all local codes and safety guidelines
Collaborate with installation and support teams to complete jobs efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HVAC repair/service experience
EPA Certification – REQUIRED
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in tight spaces or heights
