Job Description:
Seeking a Paint Supervisor to oversee and ensure high-quality production painting across multiple residential communities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and Construction Managers to maintain exceptional paint quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect homes after the paint crew completes their work, blue taping missed areas for touch-ups.
Perform minor paint touch-ups after homeowner walkthroughs and address any final concerns.
Assess and resolve quality complaints from builders
Coordinate and schedule painting crews and follow-up touch-ups with the internal office team.
Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for quality and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with painters, project managers, and office staff to maintain a seamless workflow.
Keep records of inspections, touch-ups, and reported issues to track quality trends.
Qualifications:
Industry knowledge necessary
Strong attention to detail and ability to assess paint quality issues.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
