Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paver Installer to join our renovation and outdoor living team. This position is responsible for installing paver driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks with precision and high-quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate has experience in paver installation, understands proper base preparation, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare job sites by grading, compacting, and ensuring proper drainage for paver installation.
Install pavers for driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways, and retaining walls according to project specifications.
Cut, shape, and align pavers for a seamless and professional finish.
Operate equipment such as plate compactors, saws, and skid steers safely and effectively.
Mix and apply sand, mortar, or sealants as required.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with safety guidelines.
Assist with loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean and organized job site.
Communicate progress, issues, or material needs with the project manager.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on every job.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of paver installation or hardscaping experience preferred.
Knowledge of proper base preparation, leveling, and paver installation techniques.
Ability to read and follow project plans, measurements, and layouts.
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
