We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team and contribute to our exceptional projects.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and experienced Hands-On Carpenter to build and assemble marine interior components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry with a focus on intricate marine interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct and assemble marine interior components according to design specifications.
Use various hand tools and techniques to ensure precision and quality.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to meet design and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter, with marine interiors experience preferred.
Skills in assembly, problem solving, patterning and free design.
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Added plus:
Off site travel to template boats
History in 3D CAD.
Past mechanical / Fabrication / Upholstery background
Notes:
The work environment is A/C, Hours 7am-4:30pm. 401k, Bonus, Dental, Vision and Health care available. Pay is based on skill level. 35k-150k per year (on-site training available)
