Job Description: Assist Principals
We are is seeking a dynamic hands on remediator capable in managing and leading a small crew, with Xactimate experience/Project leader to join our team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of writing detailed estimates in Xactimate, managing the full lifecycle of restoration projects, and driving sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, strong Xactimate skills, with the ability to close leads and effectively manage projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Relations:
Identify and pursue opportunities to sell restoration and reconstruction services to residential and commercial clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
At times, conduct on site inspections to assess damage and define the scope of work.
At times, utilize Xactimate software to create accurate and comprehensive estimates for restoration projects, including water damage, mold remediation and reconstruction.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors and in house crews to execute projects efficiently.
Oversee all phases of assigned restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any changes in project scope.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed.
Documentation and Compliance:
Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, change orders and invoices, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on full service from A to Z.
Can drive a truck and trailer.
Energetic go getter, not afraid to sweat and get dirty and reap the rewards.
Proficiency in Xactimate software required.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, Florida building codes and restoration processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license.
IICRC certifications are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour + Bonus rewards.
Expected hours: 40 per week + some overtime.
