Detail oriented & experienced superintendent with computer skills and MINIMUM of 5 years of experience. Must be reliable, able to work with trades, homeowners and property managers in a professional manner.
Need to be able to multi-task taking on several projects at one time. Most projects are remodeling and are in the Casey Key to Anna Maria Island area.
Shift: Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm
Commensurate pay with experience. Salary position
