Part-Time Mechanic Needed for Landscaping Company and Classic Cars Company
Charlotte County Lawncare & Landscaping and Choice Classic Cars are seeking a skilled and reliable part-time mechanic to help maintain our fleet of landscaping equipment and vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a flexible schedule in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities include:
Performing diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on small engines, including commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Troubleshooting and repairing company trucks and trailers.
Occasional work on / upgrade / enhance our Classic and Vintage car projects.
Managing and ordering repair parts and supplies.
Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a small engine mechanic, preferably with commercial-grade landscaping equipment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must have own specialty tools (although we have tons ourselves)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to do light welding and occasional bodywork a huge PLUS
