Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter with proven experience in brush cutting, roller application, and spraying.
This is a traveling position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.
Our projects span across the state of Florida, and are mainly commercial, with some residential properties.
Responsibilities:
Perform precise brush cutting, rolling, and spraying for interior and exterior surfaces.
Prep surfaces (caulking, patching, sanding, masking, etc.) to ensure a high-quality finish.
Able to lift 50 lbs and climb up and down ladders.
Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining professional standards.
Travel to job sites as required (company arranges travel/lodging as applicable).
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications:
Clean background check.
Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience.
Strong skills with cutting in, rolling, and sprayer operation.
Knowledge of surface prep and finishing techniques.
Ability to travel throughout Florida for projects. (Crews usually carpool)
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
Drug free workplace
Must be willing to take Osha certifications courses.
