Rockstar Accounts Receivable/ Front Desk Admin!
Seeking an individual to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment to be our accounts receivable and admin with potential to grow.
This is a front desk position.
You will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, returning voicemail's and emails & accounts receivable duties like making collection calls, invoicing, posting and filing.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Accounts Receivable experience required
-Must be a team player and enjoy working with others in a small office (this is huge)
-Computer skills Required and a good knowledge of: Word, Excel, Outlook, & QuickBooks experience
-Must be a fast learner and ability to quickly adapt
-Must be able to answer multiple phone lines, so great phone and customer service skills are required
-Must be comfortable in a fast pace environment
-Ability to handle difficult customers
-Problem solving and multi-tasking skills is an absolute must!
-Ability to listen & take direction
Must be outgoing with excellent organizational and communication skills
DUTIES:
Accounts receivable
Answering multiple phone lines
Customer communications
Pulling Permits
This is currently a part time position but is very possible to become a full time one.
Must be reliable and have own transportation (this is very important!)
And you must be comfortable working in a construction yard style atmosphere
