Since we are looking for a Florida based position for an operation with a facility in Sebastian, Florida and Los Angeles, California we will also consider a “senior person" with extensive job experience, but that is looking for a less than full time role.
SUPERVISORY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Review Inventory Receiving Registers, including landed cost entries
Compare entries against manual receiving logs, purchase orders, packing sheets, and
vendor invoices
Conduct daily reviews of Shipping Entries and compare them to manual shipping logs
and packing sheets
Review accounts receivable credit memos, refund requests, and freight costs daily
Monitor inventory updates and adjustments
Perform daily review of Bill of Materials and Production entries
Assist with physical inventory counts
Review margins on customer orders
Conduct various accounting analyses as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in an import/export trading company
Strong understanding of transaction entries and supporting documentation
Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
SAGE experience is highly desirable
Minimum of 2 years’ professional auditing experience, with knowledge of financial systems, risk assessment, and compliance regulations
Salary and Position Details:
Salary: $72K - $94K DOE, a competitive hourly rate will be considered
Full/Part Time in office
