DISPATCHER NEEDED FOR OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Family owned and operated Air Conditioning Company servicing all of Brevard County for over 44 years. Everyone at Able Air is treated like family. We currently have 58 employees and are continuing to grow. Able Air has several employees that have been with the company for over 20 years. There is great earning potential with our company.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
Must have excellent phone and customer service skills
Must be able to dispatch service calls to our technicians
Detail oriented with the ability to establish priorities and multi-tasking
Positive attitude and ability to take direction
Schedule Service Appointments
Identify Customer Needs
Order Parts
Data Entry
Perform general office duties
Must be able to type 25 WPM
Must be a TEAM player
Must be reliable
Must be able to pass drug test
