Self Employed business owner needs a personal assistant. I are seeking a high capacity assistant to join my side.
Good communication and smartphone / computer skills a must.
Must have transportation and a clean driving record .
Must be organized and prepared , we start each day at 6am
This job is Fulltime Hours Vary from 45 to 50 Hours A week. You gotta have some time and be commited to working for a busy individual and self employed bussiness owner .
Must be a morning person like 6 am , nonsmoker and ready to work . The owner is ocd clean freak, makes decisons on the fly and stay busy . He works from home some and drives quite a bit . This is not an office job , this job is hustle and bustle type environment . The hours are different each day and depend largely on the weather , production and the season of supply and demand . You will need to be ready and able to handle anything thrown at you .
Here is an example of one day just to give you a general idea- ( not specifics )
6 am arrive at work , be organized and on time quietly.
7am make a small lite breakfest and clean the kitchen after breakfest
8am clean the house , make beds , clean floors etc, bathrooms etc.
9 am make some calls and run some errands if needed lite shopping
10 am clean pool , garage floors and porches of home sweep etc
11 am clothes - iron if needed or laundry etc
12 leave home and go help business owner at office , if business owner doesnt need help lay by the pool and be on call as needed You must be able to communicate fastly and effeicntly each day .
This is the basic's of course there is more to the job and as the candidate gets adjusted will be given more task to learn.
