Hello, I am looking for an experienced architectural drafter capable of measuring homes and commercial buildings, redrawing plans with accuracy, also with an understanding of how to prepare detailed construction documents for projects in Florida. This would include the preparation of electrical and plumbing plans for renovations/additions for a building permit. Minimum 2- year degree required. 5 year B.Arch or better is a plus. Minimum 5 years work experience for an Architect, structural, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineer is required. Please submit your resume as a MS Word file or .PDF in order to be considered.
You would be working directly with/for a FL Registered Architect with experience in Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing Design who has a Doctorate in Architecture. Our sister firm also does work in the NY/NJ/CT/PA area so there will be plenty of construction/ project types.
This job is not intended for remote work, contract work, or similar. This is for a part-time or full-time position TBD based on your skills and experience.
We are offering $20-30 per hour based on skills/experience.
