Who we are:
We operate two bars in Melbourne, FL. Both are single-bartender, full-liquor bars. We have a small staff and run a set weekly schedule.
Who we're looking for:
Looking to add another highly motivated, outgoing, and self-sufficient member to our team. Although extensive bartending experience is not a requirement, preference will be given to a candidate who is well experienced as a full-liquor free-pour bartender. At the minimum, a candidate should have a Strong Service Industry Background. This unique opportunity is tailored for someone who can independently handle high volume bartending while simultaneously performing all aspects of operations during their shift. We would like to add one more full-time member who is energetic to represent our team and establishment.
Job Description:
- Interact with customers in a pleasant and friendly way.
- Make all customers comfortable in our establishments.
- Must listen to all customers while at the same time making drinks.
- Restocking and replenishing the bar's supplies and inventory.
- Checking and confirming if a guest meets the legal drinking age requirements.
- Be able to limit liability related to customers excessive drinking.
- Creating nightly and/or weekly drink specials and promotions for your shift.
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Clean bar, work areas, and tables.
Preferred Experience Requirements of Employment:
- Experience in a single bartender, free-pour full-liquor bar.
- Experience and skill in serving and mixing drinks as well as garnishing them.
- Experience and competency in using a Point of Sale Computer System.
- Experience in cash handling and shift closing procedures.
- Good communication and possessing a positive attitude at all times
