Pit Tender - This shift is Wednesday thru Sunday - 4AM - NOON, working our outdoor 1000 gallon wood fired pit, and helping to prepare sides for same day service.
Responsibilities Include:
Trimming Brisket, Pork Butts, Pork Ribs
Seasoning and Prep of all meats
Running the Pit, and smoking all meats, and some sides
Sides Prep
General station and Pit Cleaning.
