We are looking for a professional, reliable and compassionate individual to be our Supervisor to maintain the care of 6 developmentally disabled female residents, supervise staff and follow agency/state policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but not limited to)
Staff training and performance reviews
Medication administration and supervision of MAR
Supervision of activities and creative concepts for indoor and outdoor activities
Completing quarterly and annual reports and other administrative duties
Maintain staff schedule
Maintain a strict schedule and menu for the residents
Assist in preparing for monthly and annual audits with State employees
Working directly with residents
Supervision and completion of staff duties including daily cleaning and laundry
REQUIREMENTS:
On call 24/7 for call outs, emergencies and low staffing numbers. Cover any shifts/hours needed beyond normal schedule if other coverage cannot be found.
MUST wok 40 hours per week
Positive and professional attitude
Past supervisor experience preferred
Must have 1 year related experience with DD. MUST be listed on your resume.
High School diploma or GED
Able to complete Level 2 (FBI/FDLE) background screening
Valid driver's license and clena driving record (5 years)
Handle stressful situations with confidence and a calm demeanor
Ability to use computer to complete and maintain paperwork\
STARTING PAY: 21.00 per hour/ After 120 successful working days there will be a performance evaluation with discussion about pay raise.
