Seeking a kind, caring, knowledgeable, energetic, and experienced (retired female) to provide live-in care for an 81 y/o bed-bound personable female. Currently, there is a visiting nurse and home health aide who visit the patient. The ideal candidate must be honest, animal-friendly, compassionate, empathetic, and easy to communicate with.
Located in Cocoa Beach, this is a live-in position with free room and board (time off consideration to be determined) or rent the room/no board with a small salary. Details of these services are to be discussed during the application/interview process.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Daily cleaning and changing
Administering medication
Emptying and cleaning catheter as needed throughout the day
Meal prep and serve
Light housework
Feeding and loving a small dog
