Construction, Mold, AC, or just Aptitude

Are you handy with a sandy (machine), rolled with mold (work) and taking notes from Joda (Star Wars) on how to treat a prospect (potential customer in English)?

Look, I’m just a simple guy trying to stick out among the clutter of endless employers promising you walking Filet Mignons and Lobster’s larger than cows, also telling you that before you submit anything, make sure you have a flawless life of Summa Cum Laude (GPA of 4.0) from driving your first tricycle to eating your daily beet-boosted salad. Where I come from, we call that… ”Ma Va Fanculo!”, or Horseshit in kind English.

I’m of the strongest opinion that ambition with tenacity trumps a Master of whatever, in the long run. Here is what I’m really looking for: Swing a hammer with your left hand, and use common sense (which you already have reading this far), know how to look up sh you don’t know on YouTube, or ask me to teach you.

What’s the Job and qualifications: Clean-up/ fix water & mold spots around vents/ registers. At times, kick out wet drywall. Talk to home owners and make them happy, even if you have to run down to the ice cream parlor and buy her the latest Villain-Vanilla flavor, or find him the latest Wining Flurper-Durper-Hill-Billy-Drill Bit…. Well, you get the pic.!

I only ask of you what you say you will do. For example, you say: “I will be there at 8 A.M. – sharp. Please show then, Fu simple as that. I don’t want to get into habit of biting my Proximal Nail Fold (I had to look it up) at 8:10 A.M. hoping Mayhem vacated Brevard.

I don’t care if you have “fellis,” or stole your sister’s last lollypop (I hope it was yummy). Just don’t use old habits around your new footsteps. We have all made mistakes (God knows, I still make em’).

Money: Yes, I will not feed you a bunch of chicken feathers. I pay you $200 per job done, to start with. Sometimes that is 4-hours, sometimes 10 hours. Most of the time, around 6-8 hours. You will work with an Army Veteran, learning the ropes to see if it’s for you. I want your ambition to be, taking her position, so that she can move on to the next County. Yes, we are expanding all over Florida.

You will NOT be an employee. It’s a contracting position. You need to be able to get to the jobsites in Brevard County if you don’t have a driver’s license. I can always rent you, my Rollerblades.

What you do on your spare time is none of my business! Please be respectful to yourself and your future customers/clients, stay cool n’ sober while showing up for work.

Grumpy Fishes, Please Swim Left.
