Right now, we are looking for One Full-Time, and Some Part-Time Housekeepers. (Part-Time may soon become Full-Time, as fast as business grows.)

Job Description
Ride with the Company Owner in her vehicle. Depending on your location, a meeting area may be necessary.
Note: If you live close to the Eau Gallie Causeway, on either side, you can be picked up for work each day.
Clean homes and condominiums as part of a two-person team.
Perform detailed cleaning tasks, such as but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Work collaboratively to complete half of the assigned tasks at each location.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional housekeeping experience.
A clean legal record (background check required).
Must be 21 or older.
Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and provide high-quality work.
Key Skills and Traits
Athletic People Are Preferred. Include your Sports or Athletics in your Resume.
Good physical stamina.
Attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Schedule and Location
Work hours will typically be anywhere between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. An occasional evening, or weekend may be needed depending on the situation.
Work primarily in Brevard County, in close proximity to A1A, and sometimes in the Melbourne area.

Additional Details
You will be required to watch some training videos at home, and practice the techniques you reviewed at home. This is so the whole team can be on the same plan as we grow.
Physical demands of the job are but not limited to standing, walking, repetitive movements, bending, twisting, lifting, carrying, stamina, endurance, coordination and balance.
Cleaning supplies are provided.
T-Shirts with our business logo are provided. Pants such as jeans or khakis are acceptable. Shorts must be close to mid-thigh range. Yoga & athletic pants, short shorts, long basketball shorts, and clothes ripped with holes, are not permitted.
You are required to obtain and bring a second pair of clean new shoes, that have not been worn outside, to the cleaning locations, that will only be worn inside the resident’s homes. Get ones that you can slip in and out of quickly between jobs.
At-Will Employment Statement- Employment with A1A Housekeeping is on an “at-will” basis, meaning that either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, as permitted by applicable law. This at-will employment relationship cannot be changed or modified except in a written agreement signed by both the employee and the owner of A1A Housekeeping.
